Tony Moly I’m Real Sheet Masks Review

Hello beauties!

I have been attempting to improve my skin care game and picked up two adorable Tony Moly I’m Real sheet masks from Urban Outfitters. They were basically free because I had a $5 off coupon from their app, which I highly recommend. Just for downloading it you get 10β„…, which could help if you’re planning on dropping cash here. $5 coupons rack up pretty quick too, even just by using the app. I am not sponsored by Tony Moly or UO btw. Here are the masks below:

They’re also sold at Ulta for a similar price and on Amazon in bulk, which is much cheaper. (11 masks for about $13) They’re also available in single or 3-packs on Ebay from Korean sellers at a bit cheaper price currently.

Tony Moly offers so many options and such cute packaging that I was hard pressed to pick out which ones I wanted to try. Since the skin issues I want to address the most are enlarged pores, acne, and redness, I got the seaweed mask and red wine mask, which claim to be for “skin purifying” and “pore care” respectively.

I found the seaweed mask to be highly hydrating and soothing. There was a very mild perfumey fragrance but I did not mind it at all.

Its description on Ulta’s site claims the mask has a micro emulsion-based essence that cleanses your skin”and that it’s formulated with avocado extract to deliver needed nutrients deep within the skin…” This is supposed to occurr in 20-30 mins, the recommended time, but of course you can always leave these masks on longer.

Overall I noticed a reduction in redness and a plumpness/fullness to the skin I liked, probably because of the mask’s hydrating qualities. I saw a slight reduction in the size of my pimples, and in the dry patches I had as well.

Ulta’s site claims the mask is formulated with red wine extract to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores while tightening and purifying skin giving you a healthier looking complexion in as little as 20 minutes.” I really enjoyed the scent of the red wine mask mostly because I am a red wine-o. I was so excited that the mask performed as well as the other one.

It did a great job of hydrating my skin and evening out my skin texture for a couple days. The goodness really seemed to sink into my pores, which I love. 😊🍷 My pore size wasn’t reduced dramatically, but I’m sure this is basically impossible after one try. It’s performance was pretty close to what the description stated.

I will keep using these and tell you what I think. Out of all of my skin problems, whiteheads and painful red breakouts around my mouth are the most irritating right now. They are mostly hormonal but I hope a better skincare routine might put the zits to rest once and for all.

In general, sheet masks are relaxing and fun and I haven’t met one I haven’t liked. Though I have sensitive and problem skin these did not break me Out. They actually improved my skin tone and the size of my pimples. I’m satisfied and will continue to use and review them!

Thanks for reading and have a beautiful Fourth of July weekend!
